Who we are
This site is operated by DX Neuraflow, the company behind AI Sarathi. For anything on this page, or to exercise any of the rights below, write to audit@dxneuraflow.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you give us directly, plus the results of checks we run on a URL you submit. We do not use cookies, and we do not run any analytics or advertising tracking script on this site.
- Begin form — your name (optional), email (optional), the business URL (required), and any note you add. Submitting this form also triggers a technical check against that URL (page title, robots.txt status, approximate word count, headings, HTTPS) — the same "First Reading" shown to you on screen.
- 3-minute diagnostic — your answers and the computed score only. No name, email, or contact detail is collected here — there is no email wall on the diagnostic.
- Quick-Look tool — the URL you submit and the same technical check results described above. Your IP address is used briefly, in server memory only, to prevent abuse of the tool (rate limiting) — it is never written to our database.
Why we collect it
To show you the result directly on screen, and — when you submit the Begin form — to open a real conversation with DX Neuraflow about your business. We don't use it for anything else.
Where it lives
Submissions are stored in Supabase (a hosted database). Row-level security is enabled on that table with no public or anonymous read access — access is restricted to DX Neuraflow via server-side credentials only. When a new lead comes in, our team gets an automatic email notification (sent via our email provider, Resend) so a person sees it promptly.
How long we keep it
Lead data (name, email, URL, message) is kept until you ask us to delete it, or reviewed and cleared of anything no longer relevant at the 24-month mark — whichever comes first. Diagnostic scores and answers, which carry no name or contact detail, may be kept longer since they don't identify anyone.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to audit@dxneuraflow.com and we'll act on it. We handle personal data submitted through this site in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Who else touches this data
Three service providers process data on our behalf, strictly to run this site — none of them are permitted to use it for their own purposes: Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (website hosting), and Resend (sending us the lead-notification email).
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above — never silently.
